Unmasking the Faces of Domestic Violence

Safe Journey’s Masquerade Ball-Unmasking the Faces of Domestic Violence is an unforgettable evening at the annual Masquerade Ball in support of Safe Journey. Safe Journey is a local domestic and dating violence support 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency.

The event features delicious food, lively dancing, exciting games of chance, a gift basket drawing, and a chance to purchase a mask in memory or in honor of a victim of domestic violence. There will also be a unique display of 3 real local stories from survivors of domestic violence. Each one went on the journey from victim, to survivor, to thriver.

While we do offer shelter, if needed, our core services include a 24/7 emergency hotline, individual and group counseling for adults and children, assistance and transportation for court matters, safety planning, assistance with Protection From Abuse orders, school and community prevention programming, parenting and financial planning classes, and more.
